Who we are
Code Vertex Base provides in-person and, in limited cases, distance tuition in technical analysis training for crypto chart structure from Sukumvit Rd., Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok, 10110, Thailand. Contact: +66 023922596 and hello@codevertexbase.digital.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not pay a studio fee. We may update these terms; the version on this page on the date you enrol is the version that applies to that enrolment unless we notify you of a material change before the first sitting.
What we sell
We sell tuition: studio seats, private hours, clinic weekends, and written critiques of charts you have already marked. We do not sell investment advice as a regulated product, brokerage, portfolio management, or the right to redistribute our worksheets as your own course.
No dealing invitation
Nothing on this site or in the room is an offer to buy or sell any digital asset or a promise of profit. You remain responsible for your own decisions in any market. Training examples use historical prints; they are teaching objects, not recommendations.
Enrolment
A seat is held when we confirm in writing and the fee named in that confirmation has arrived. Cohort dates may move if fewer than six people have paid two weeks before an intensive start. We will offer a later cohort or a refund according to the refund page.
Conduct
The room is small. Recording other students, sharing their charts, or treating the sitting as a live-call theatre is not allowed. We may ask you to leave a session without a fee credit if you harass anyone in the room or insist on a signal we have refused to give.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, curriculum sequence, journal articles, and the Code Vertex Base name remain ours. You may keep your own marked charts and notes from your sittings. You may not copy the bound pads for a public course, resell the critique letters, or present the six-week sequence as your product.
Site content
Journal pieces are educational comment. They can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated the morning after a wick. We may correct pages without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the law of Thailand, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, travel costs, or indirect loss arising from tuition or from use of this site. Our liability for a paid programme is limited to the fee you paid for that programme. We do not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence in the studio.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved by writing to hello@codevertexbase.digital first.
