How to ask

Chart Structure Intensive
Full refund if you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first Tuesday. Between fourteen days and the first sitting: fifty percent, because the printed pads are ordered and the tenth seat may already have been refused. After the first evening: no refund of the remaining weeks. If you miss two evenings we ask you to join a later cohort; that later seat is not an extra fee, and the original fee is not returned.
Weekend Structure Clinic
Full refund more than seven days before Saturday. Inside seven days: no refund unless we can fill the seat from the waiting list, in which case we return the fee minus THB 500 for the admin of the swap. No-shows on Saturday forfeit the fee. Missing Sunday after sitting Saturday is not a partial refund; the two days are one clinic.
Private Chart Coaching
Cancel with at least twenty-four hours’ notice for a full refund or a free move to another hour within four weeks. Inside twenty-four hours, or a no-show, the sitting is charged. If Niran must cancel, you receive a full refund or a new hour, as you prefer.
Chart Mark-Up Review
Full refund if we have not yet opened the pack. Once Niran has started the critique, the pack is not refundable, including if you dislike the bluntness of the notes. If we miss the five-working-day ordinary turnaround by more than five further working days, you may take a full refund and keep any partial notes already sent.
Work already started and materials
Printed markup pads and worksheets handed over in the room are not returnable for cash. They have no second-hand value we will buy back. Tea is included in studio fees and is not itemised.
Cohort postponed by us
If we postpone an intensive for under-enrolment, you may move to the next dated cohort or take a full refund. We will not keep a fee idle without a date.
Rescheduling
Private hours can move once without charge if notice is timely. Clinic and intensive dates are cohort dates; we do not run a private catch-up track except the single missed-evening hour described on the intensive page.
Deposits
We usually collect the full fee rather than a separate deposit. If a confirmation ever names a deposit, that deposit is credited to the fee and follows the same cancel windows as the programme it belongs to.
Method and timing
Refunds go back by the same channel the fee arrived (bank transfer in Thailand in most cases) within ten working days after we agree the amount. We do not send cash. Currency conversion on your side is yours.
Exceptions
If a flood, political closure of the road, or a studio fault stops a sitting, we offer a new date or a refund for the unused sitting (private hours) or a postponed cohort (intensive and clinic). Illness without notice is treated as a no-show unless you write before the sitting starts.
