What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, chosen programme, optional preferred date, and the message you write (often a pair you watch and the evenings you can keep). If you enrol: payment references, attendance, and — for mark-up reviews — the charts you send and our critique. If you telephone, we may note the number and a short summary of the call.
We do not ask for wallet addresses, exchange logins, identity-card scans, or medical information. Please do not send them.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, place you in a cohort or hour, run the sitting, send the follow-up note after a private hour, issue a refund when due, and keep a record that we taught what we said we taught. If you accept analytics cookies, we use them to see which journal pages are read, not to profile you for advertising.
Legal bases
We rely on steps needed to answer a request or perform a tuition contract; on legitimate interests in running a small studio safely; and on consent where you accept analytics cookies. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored choice and using Reject on the banner.
Retention
Enquiry messages without enrolment are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Enrolment records, attendance, and invoices are kept for five years for accounting and complaint handling. Chart packs are kept for six months after the critique is sent, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs, if any, are rotated within thirty days.
Who else sees it
Niran and Mali, as needed for teaching. Our accountant in Thailand for paid fees. Email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell lists. We do not share student charts with other students without your say-so in the room.
International transfers
The studio is in Thailand. Email or hosting may store copies outside Thailand (for example in Singapore or the European Union). Where that happens, we use providers who contract to protect the data and, where useful, standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, object to some uses, or ask for deletion where we do not need to keep it for law or a live dispute. Send the request to hello@codevertexbase.digital. We will answer within thirty days unless the request is complex. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Children
Programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under eighteen.
